GENERAL INFORMATION

On March 7th, 2020, the doors of the Havert  l. Fenn Center gymnasium will open at 5:00 PM, and the show will begin at 6:00 PM

• The entry deposit, and team performance sheet is due by November 31st, 2019.  Applications can be mailed, or scanned and emailed to Arndrea Blatch, Chapter Treasurer. Payment must be mailed to address below.

• Team member names, total number of steppers, and detailed performance sheet must be turned in by November 31st, 2019

• All music and video must be completely edited and submitted 2 weeks prior to performance

• Any accommodations needed for group performance must be listed on the performance sheet (microphone, projector, etc.)

• Graduate Chapter Advisor must accompany step team or give written approval for team to attend and perform

• Application/Registration fee can be paid online at or via mail*.

PRIZES and AWARDS

                            Prizes are to be awarded as follows:

1st Place sorority/fraternity -$1000.00

2nd Place Sorority/Fraternity-$750.00

3rd Place Sorority/Fraternity-$500

 

PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES:

​

• No more than 15 steppers (including helpers) are allowed to perform

• All steppers and helpers on the list are required to sit in the reserved section only

• Each team will be given a set time for when they may practice, to prepare for the show

• Each team is asked to perform no more than 15 minutes, and no more than a 10- minute entrance/exit
